Total week 3: 42 points

What worked well

This is my best score since I began the challenge. I got 42 points against 37 points on week 1 and 34 points on week 2. This is partly due to the fact that I have been careful to eat more fruits and vegetables and eat less sugar. I have eaten salad for lunch several times this week. I also ate. apples and yogurt nearly every day this week.

Thanks to the sunny weather last week-end, we could play a lot outdoors with the children. We had a walk and we also played on the playground. Apart from that, we also played together at home. We cooked, we danced and we did some yoga. It was fun.

What did not work so well

I faced the same difficulties as last week. Indeed, I have not tried as many new recipes as I wanted to. I struggle with finding time for this, first, and second, my husband and children are not always fond of the new healthy recipes I try.

Moreover, I notice more and more as I am working on the challenge that it is difficult to define what is exactly a healthy recipe. Many recipes I cook regularly are not unhealthy but not really healthy either. For instance, pasta with tomato sauce is not unhealthy but does not really count as healthy meal either.

I also did not do any self-care activity either. However, my new shampoo is working well.

Plans for next week

The objectives for the last week of the challenge are actually still the same as when I began the challenge. I want to keep eating many fruits and vegetables every day, have a few day without sugar and try new healthy recipes. I want to do some funny activities with the children this week again. And I want to do a few self-care activities too.
