    Coloring with water

Lately, my youngest son has been coloring a lot with water. There are several products that enable little children to paint with just some water. This is of course great for parents because there is nothing to clean afterwards. Here are some of our favorite products. This post may contain affiliate links. See the Disclosures page for more information. Scales and Tails – Dinosaurs (Paint with water) This is a real little book. If you paint with water on the pictures, their colors appear. How to teach your child to love reading

My children’s literacy development is a topic that is important to me. First, I love reading and I would like to share my love of books with my children. The first week of my reading aloud challenge is now coming to end. Until now, this challenge has been fun. I read to the children every day and we already could read several books and stories we really liked. This post may contain affiliate links. See the Disclosures page for more information. Methodology For information, the list of books read this week includes several children magazines. I count them as books because these are very qualitative publications that include several stories that are very well written and beautifully illustrated. When I allude to them in the list, then I’ll give both the name of the magazine (we receive every month…

Easy activities that my children love

Proposing interesting activities for children is not always easy. There are days when they won’t want to draw or read a book as you had planned and just ask for the television. However, there are some activities that they are nearly always eager to do. Here is our list of easy activities that my children love. This post may contain affiliate links. See the Disclosures page for more information. 1) Cooking and baking (and decorate muffins!) This is the most popular activity at home. My children love being in the kitchen. Sure, the kitchen does not look pretty afterwards. But the children really have fun and they learn important life…
